After growing up in the Welsh boarders I pursued an interest in the sciences through a first degree in Durham, before completing my medical education and early training in London.

We then moved to Bristol to complete my training in General Practice and to start a family. I joined the Family Practice in 2021 and enjoy working with patients to improve helth and wellbeing as well as opportunities to get involved with training and education of medical students and doctors in training.
