I grew up in Oxford and graduated from Bristol University in 2013. I worked in Cumbria and Oxford for my foundation jobs, then moved back to Bristol to complete my GP training.

I have a passion for lifestyle medicine and empowering patients to manage their health through balancing physical activity, nutrition, and relaxation. I find general practice a challenging yet rewarding career, and love the variety that it has to offer.

Outside of work I enjoy running, cycling and swimming, and regularly take part in various endurance events to keep fit.
