DID NOT ATTEND (DNA)

Last month, 81 appointments were marked as DNA.

DNA means that the patient did not turn up for the appointment and did not contact the surgery in advance to cancel/change their appointment time.

The effect of DNAs is:

An increase in the waiting time for appointments
Frustration for both staff and patients
A waste of resources

Please ensure you cancel your appointment if you cannot attend so we can make this available to other patients.
